1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

TripToshi offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • The account must not have been used in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Each customer is limited to one refund per product tier

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@triptoshi.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your order or transaction ID
  • A brief reason for the refund request

We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

4. Free Trial Cancellations

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment has been processed. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the trial period.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, such as service interruptions or technical issues that significantly impact your experience, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Subscription Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the higher-tier features until the period ends. No partial refunds are provided for downgrades, but unused credit may be applied to future billing.

7. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3-5 business days for credit card transactions.
